At the end of the first quarter, Nordstjernan owned 8,237,931 shares in Diös, which corresponds to 5.8 percent of the votes in the company. But in the past 24 hours, ABG Sundal Collier has brokered several large share transactions between SEK 66 and 68, and now Nordstjernan has sold all its Diös shares, reports Finwire.
"We have divested our entire holding in Diös in order to free up capital, among other things, for more investments in Nordstjernan's newly created sector for growth and new technology. In that sector, we supplement our portfolio with large mature companies with smaller fast-growing technology companies," Stefan Stern, communications manager at Nordstjernan, told Dagens industri.
