On March 25, 2022, Point Properties sent out a press release on the acquisition of six properties for SEK 737 million from Diös. Point Properties now announces that it will not complete the transaction due to the current global financial situation, which does not make it possible to obtain financing on market terms. As the transaction was entered into with the usual financing reservation, the transaction will thus not be completed.

"We hope the future gives us the opportunity to continue the dialogue with Diös in order to be able to complete the deal in better financial times," writes Point Properties.

The decision does not affect earnings for Point Properties.
