Sweden — Fastator's company Point Properties sells the property Riddaren 1 in Strömstad to Hagabacken AB, for an agreed purchase price of SEK 62.65 million. The property is valued at SEK 63m Q4 2023.

Sweden — The announced transaction of six properties for MSEK 737 between Fastator's Point Properties and Diös will not be completed.

Sweden — Diös is selling a number of retail properties with a property value of SEK 737 million in Gävle, Falun, Umeå and Skellefteå to Point Properties AB. Through the sale, Diös is optimizing its portfolio in each city and creating the conditions for further growth and acquisitions. Transfer of ownership will take place 1st June 2022.

Sweden — The Fastator company Point Properties has signed an agreement to acquire the property Valfisken Större 45 in Trelleborg from Skandia Fastigheter.
