Fastator's company Point Properties sells the property Riddaren 1 in Strömstad to Hagabacken AB, for an agreed purchase price of SEK 62.65 million. The property is valued at SEK 63m Q4 2023.
At the time of sale, the area of 3,800 square meters is fully let. Access is set for March 20, 2024. The deal is not conditional on financing.
"Through the sale, we are strengthening Point Properties' finances and refining the portfolio," says Björn Rosengren, CEO of Point Properties.
