The underlying property value exceeds the most recent valuation of these properties.The deal comprises a total of 46,000 sqm, excluding garage space, of which 72 percent is retail and restaurants. The rental value amounts to SEK 77 million and the largest tenants in the properties are HM, KappAhl, Intersport, ICA and Coop. The transaction, which is subject to a financing reservation that expires in May 2022. comprises six register properties and will take place in a company form. It will be reported in the second quarter of 2022.
