The acquired properties are centrally located and consist mainly of residential with complementary commercial premises. The largest commercial tenant is Nordsjö Färgcity. The total lettable area corresponds to approximately 5,500 square meters, the annual rental value amounts to approximately SEK 7 million and the occupancy rate is at 100 per cent. The transaction takes place in a company form and the result will be reported in the second quarter of 2022. The seller is Cleverboi AB.
