How Diös wants to continue growing in Northern Sweden

Diös acquires properties for EUR 81 million in Luleå and Gävle

Sweden Sweden — Diös is strengthening its position in Luleå and Gävle by acquiring six centrally located office properties totalling 52,000 square meters from Nyfosa. The agreed property value amounts to SEK 940 million (EUR 81 million), and the transfer of ownership is expected to take place on November 15, 2024.

Diös divests properties in five cities

Sweden Sweden — Diös divests ten properties in five cities including housing, light industry, commerce and offices. This is done through three different transactions, which take place in line with the company's strategy. The total leasable area of the divested the properties correspond to approximately 57,000 square meters and the total sales price amounts to SEK 452 MSEK (EUR 39 million).

Diös divests in Umeå and Sundsvall

Sweden Sweden — Diös has divested two properties in Sundsvall and Umeå in two transactions, with a total leasable area of 15,100 square meters. The sales price amounts to SEK 212 million (EUR 19.3 million). The transfers of ownership will take place in April 2024.

Diös divests residential in Northern Sweden

Sweden Sweden — Diös sells 22 residential properties in Östersund and Gävle with a leasable area of 26,000 square meters for SEK 385 million. The underlying property value is in line with the book value. The transaction is in line with the company’s portfolio strategy.

Diös divests properties for EUR 67.5 million

Sweden Sweden — Diös Fastigheter divests four properties in Skellefteå with a lettable area of 43,000 square meters, containing primarily retail, for SEK 788 million (EUR 67.5 million). The underlying property value is at the same level as the book value. The buyer is Nordvestor Fastigheter and transfer of ownership will take place during January, 2024.
