The acquisition comprises approximately 4,300m2 across two properties. Annual rental value amounts to SEK 7,2 million and the occupancy rate is at 100 per cent. The average duration of contract is 4,4 years and the largest tenants are the growing consultant company Norconsult and Nordens Teknikerinstitut. The transaction will be done in a company form and the result will be reported in the first quarter of 2022.
