The deal complements Diös' portfolio and strengthens the company's offering of centrally located modern offices. The three office properties, which are located in close proximity to the existing portfolio, cover approximately 8,500 square meters. The largest tenants are NCC and Borlänge municipality. The divested properties cover approximately 13,000 square meters. The transaction is made in corporate form and will be reported during the second quarter of 2021.

We see good potential in developing the properties as part of our continued development plan for Borlänge.
