The buyers of the properties are NP3 Fastigheter AB, LF Norrbotten and Hagabacken Fastigheters AB. The total rental value corresponds to SEK 53.4 million and the properties have an occupancy rate of 92 percent. All three transactions take place in company form and are withdrawn and reported under the third and fourth quarter 2024. Withdrawal taxation of approximately SEK 10 million will affect current tax, of which approximately SEK 8 million during the third quarter. The properties are located in Luleå, Östersund, Umeå, Falun, Borlänge and Malung.
