The annual rental value for the diverted properties amounts to circa SEK 69 million (EUR 5.9 million) and the economic occupancy rate amounts to 93 percent. The majority of the properties contain retail, and the largest tenants are Åhléns, ICA and Clas Ohlson. The transaction takes place in a company form and is reported during the first quarter of 2024.
“With this divestment we focus our holdings on the office segment. At the same time, we strengthen our financial position. With the growth that is happening in, for example, Skellefteå with increased demand for modern offices, we see great potential in our business. Nordvestor Fastigheter is a good long-term owner of these properties, and we look forward to continued development,” says Annie Franzon, Head of Transactions, Diös.
Nordvestor Fastigheter is a Skellefteå-based property owner with extensive experience in property development in the city.
“Skellefteå is a city undergoing strong development and a central place in the ongoing green industrial expansion in northern Sweden. We are happy to be part of the commercial real estate development in the city once again and look forward to continued good cooperation with Diös,” says Pär Nordlund, CEO, Nordvestor Fastigheter.
