Sweden — Diös acquires three office properties in central Borlänge and divests three mixed properties – one in Borlänge and two in Gävle – in a swap deal with NP3.

Sweden — Diös will purchase two properties in Umeå containing offices and other commercial activities. Located close to the airport and just a few minutes from the city centre, the properties are strategically positioned. The agreed property value amounts to SEK 112 million. The seller of the property is Håkan Eriksson i Umeå AB and transfer of ownership will take place on 1 January 2020.

Sweden — Diös is purchasing two commercial properties in a strategic central location on the pedestrian street in Skellefteå. The objective of the acquisition is to complement existing properties in the portfolio and strengthen the company’s presence in the central districts of the town.

Sweden — Diös has purchased a property on Prästgatan in central Östersund. The property will be a complement to Diös’ current portfolio in the neighbourhood and part of the company’s continued strategy of urban development.

Sweden — Diös divests four properties in Söderhamn of totally approximately 10,000 square meters, the company’s entire portfolio in the city.

Sweden — Diös has entered into an agreement to acquire a property portfolio from Castellum for SEK 4.5 billion (EUR 460M), considered a valuation of deferred tax liabilities of SEK 0.1 billion (EUR 10M). In order to partly finance the acquisition, Diös’ Board of Directors proposes to the extraordinary general meeting to resolve on a rights issue with preferential rights for the company’s existing shareholders, and to authorise the Board of Directors to resolve on the final terms of the issue.

Sweden — Diös has sold a portfolio of 30 properties in Härnösand of approximately 84,000 sqm . Buyers are the local companies Westerlind Fastigheter i Härnösand AB/ Landsorten Invest AB. The underlying property value amounts to MSEK 342.5 (€37M).

Sweden — Diös purchases five properties, encompassing approximately 51,000 sqm, for MSEK 653 (€70M) in Skellefteå in Northern Sweden.
