The properties acquired are directly located to existing properties in Diös portfolio, thereby strengthening the presence in an exciting development area near the Östersund travel center. It is only five minutes from the center of Östersund and the newly built residential area of Storsjöstrand.

One of the existing tenants is the gym chain Sportsgym. The area in which the acquired properties are located consists of a mix of offices, residential and retail with great potential for further densification and development.

The properties acquired are Sarven 25, Kräftan 3 and Kräftan 8. The transaction takes place in company form.

"We see this neighborhood as the next major growth area in Östersund and we have now taken a strong position to influence developments. Through our commercial properties and acquired building rights, we have a good mix for creating value for both those living and working in the area. The proximity to the train station, city center and university makes the area attractive to both residents and businesses," says Lars-Göran Dahl, Director of Business Development, Diös Fastigheter.
