The properties contains of 81 per cent commercial area and 19 per cent residential. The number of tenants totals 322 whereas the three largest are Com Hem AB, Länsförsäkringar Västernorrland AB and Municipality of Härnösand. The annual rental income amounts to MSEK 47 (€5M) and the vacancy rate is 14 per cent. After this sale, Diös Fastigheter has no real estates in Härnösand.
