Sweden — Möller & Partners continues to strengthen its team with three recent recruits.

Sweden — John Mattson has reached an agreement on the sale of the property Tryckregulatorn 1 on Lidingö. The purchase price is based on an underlying property value of SEK 525 million (approximately EUR 48 million) before deduction for deferred tax. The buyer is Resinova Bostads AB.

Sweden — K2A Knaust & Andersson Fastigheter has completed a sale comprising four properties in Växjö with an underlying property value of SEK 650 million. K2A is transferring the properties with vacant possession on 30 June 2023. The buyer is Resinova Bostad AB.

Sweden — A new Swedish real estate company, founded by amongst others Lennart Sten, former Europe Manager at GE Capital Real Estate, purchases 44 retail properties from Areim.

Sweden — IHF Bostad, owned by Ica-handlarnas Förbund and Möller & Partners, purchases 737 rental units from the municipal Gavlegårdarna in Gävle for a total of MSEK 468 (€51M).
