Möller & Partners, which has been very active during the spring acquiring newly constructed, sustainable residential properties on behalf of its most recent fund, Resinova, has taken further steps to strengthen its team as it continues to realize its growth strategy. The firm has attracted three new real estate hires. Anna Broman has been appointed Head of Asset Management Residential, Niklas Norlin has been appointed Project Manager/Leasing and Sara Mattisson has been appointed Asset Manager Residential. 

Anna Broman joins the Möller & Partners’ asset management team and will be responsible for asset management of the firms’ residential platforms, Akka Egendom and Resinova. Given her extensive experience within asset management and sustainability, Anna will also have a key role in further developing the firm’s ESG strategy. She comes most recently from her role as Client Director at Newsec. Anna reports to Tiffany Strand, COO. 

Niklas Norlin joins Möller & Partners as an integral part of commercial project management and leasing team. He will focus on value-creation as he works together with the rest of the team to further develop M&P’s light industrial platform. Niklas joins Möller & Partners following 4 years as a consultant at Nordic PM where he had a similar focus within leasing and project management. Niklas reports to Anders Henningsson, Head of Asset Management Commercial. 

Sara Mattisson joins Möller & Partners with more than ten years of residential asset management experience. Sara will join the asset management team in a newly created role as Asset Manager Residential where she will work closely with Anna Broman to create additional value within Akka Egendom and Resinova. She reports to Anna Broman, Head of Asset Management Residential.
