Areim Acquires Multi-tenant Office Asset in Helsinki

Finland — Areim has acquired the multi-tenant office and retail building Hämeentie 31 located next to the Sörnäinen metro station in Helsinki. The asset consists of approximately 7,000 sqm of lettable space and has been extensively refurbished in 2019-2020. The asset was acquired from Assai Commercial.
