Toni Loimijoki joins Areim in May and will be a part of the Investments team in Helsinki. Toni comes directly from Nordanö in Helsinki, where he was titled Director, leading major real estate transactions in the Finnish market for domestic and international clients. He also has experience working at Catella with property valuations.

Kaarle Lehtinen joined Areim in April as an Asset Manager, working with asset development and leasing. Kaarle has approximately 12 years of experience in the industry and prior to joining Areim he worked in the aviation industry. Before that, Kaarle worked with asset management and transactions at Exilion, Genesta, and Kenmore Property Group for 10 years in total.
