The refurbished property provides clear value add opportunities in the developing area of Sörnäinen. Areim intends to invest in improving further the attractiveness of the asset and also enhancing it from a sustainability perspective. 

This acquisition complements Areim’s existing direct office portfolio in Finland which is concentrated in the established office areas in the Helsinki Metropolitan Area. Areim’s other Finnish holdings comprise a diversified residential portfolio in the country’s largest cities, light industrial assets in the Helsinki area and a position in Sponda.
