Sweden — Kungsleden has signed a new lease contract for 32,000 sq.m. with AA Logistik and will build a new logistics facility at Finnslätten in Västerås. Occupancy is expected in summer 2024 and the lease contract has a term of 15 years.

Sweden — Kungsleden is acquiring the Västerås Mimer 6 property from ABB. The property is strategically located at the very centre of Kungsleden’s Västerås City cluster.

Sweden — Kungsleden has signed four lease agreements totalling approximately 20,000 sqm, in the Örjan 1 property in Hacksta, southwest Västerås. ABB left these spaces when they moved some of their operations from the area.
