Denmark — Freja Ejendomme has sold a property in Copenhagen's old student quarter close to the University of Copenhagen. The very centrally located property, which consists of three partially connected buildings with two cozy, connected backyards, is located at Fiolstræde 10, Store Kannikestræde 18 and the back house Store Kannikestræde 18A.

Møller Architects and the real estate company Ejendomsselskabet Olav de Linde win planning approval for a new high-rise, which will function as a landmark and pivotal point for the development of Sydhavnskvarteret, a new quarter located at a former industrial area at the city’s waterfront.
