Sweden — Magnolia Bostad and Heimstaden Bostad have formed a joint venture with the aim of jointly developing around 800 residencies in the new southern part of Bro, in Upplands-Bro municipality.

Sweden — Heimstaden has entered into an agreement to acquire properties in the Netherlands at a purchase price of EUR 1.4 billion and transfer of properties and agreements on property projects in Denmark and Sweden at a value of SEK 16 billion to its subsidiary Heimstaden Bostad.

Nordic — Heimstaden has appointed Helge Krogsbøl as Chief Operations Officer. Helge Krogsbøl will be responsible for Heimstaden's Scandinavian management organization with a focus on growth and customer experience.

Sweden — Heimstaden has agreed to acquire Ståhl AB (formerly Kretia). The portfolio consist of approximately 90,000 square meters and is distributed to about 45 000 sq.m. in Norrköping and about 45 000 sqm in central Uppsala.

Sweden — Heimstaden has sold the block Gripen in central Norrköping. The block contains approximately 6 000 square meters of commercial space and 3 000 square meters of housing.

Sweden — Heimstaden has acquired a group of properties in central Norrköping from Magnentus.

Sweden — Heimstaden has signed an agreement to acquire 28 properties in Ystad owned by HP Holding AB.

Denmark — Heimstaden purchases nine residential properties in Copenhagen from Niam, for DKK 1.4 billion (€188M).

Sweden — Castellum and Heimstaden have completed a deal involving property values worth SEK 2.4 billion (€257M). In all, the transaction comprises 27 properties, totalling 186,668 sqm in Norrköping, Linköping, Örebro and Solna. The transaction also marks the beginning of a joint venture in the urban development of Linköping and Norrköping.
