The property value is EUR 16M and sales are made through the transfer of existing company.

”The divestment is natural for us, as the property contains predominantly commercial areas and our focus is on residential properties. Magnentus was the buyers we wanted for this neighborhood, a local actor with presence that develops and brings new ideas and dimensions of commercial space in central Norrköping,” says Patrik Hall, CEO at Heimstaden.

”We are incredibly pleased to be acquiring Griffin. This is a neighborhood that really suits us, both positionally and with the mix of shops, offices and housing available. In fact, about 20 years ago we tried to acquire this neighborhood. We look forward to further refine Norrköping city center,” says Magnus Malm, owner of Magnentus.

Magnentus will get access to the property in late March/early April.
