The portfolio consists of a total of 527 rental apartments and commercial retail premises in central Ystad with a total surface area of 41,000 square meters. The occupancy rate is approximately 99.7 per cent for a total of about 45 million in rental income.
 
”In our opinion these are the best located and best managed properties throughout Ystad. We already have a portfolio consisting of 228 rental apartments here. With this acquisition, we can build a full-scale management unit on location in Ystad,” says Patrik Hall, CEO of Heimstaden.
 
The transaction value of the deal amounts to MSEK 768 (EUR 29M) and the planned admission is November 30, 2016.
