Denmark — Petter Stordalen and Nordic Choice Hotels won the contract for two hotels by Copenhagen Airport. On April 1st the current airport hotel will be converted to a high-end Clarion Hotel, and at the same time the construction of a new Comfort Hotel will start.

Denmark — Petter Stordalen will develop the 25,000 sqm Centralposthuset in Copenhagen to a first class hotel. The hotel will open in 2020.

Sweden — Petter Stodalen’s Nordic Choice Hotels will be the operator of a major new hotel at Stockholm Arlanda Airport. The hotel is expected to have about 460 rooms and will be a modern alternative to business hotels at the airport that offers everyday luxury. The hotel is an important piece of the puzzle in the construction of the new airport city.

Norway — Petter Stordalen and Varner purchase the Royal Christiania property where Stordalen’s Nordic Choice Hotels is running a hotel. The seller is DNB Naeringseiendom.

Finland — The Norwegian hotel giant Petter Stordalen enters the Finnish market for the first time through a large investment in a 429 room hotel.
