The foreign investors' misjudgments of the Swedish market: "It's laughable"

This is the opinion of the renowned panel – consisting of Stefan Dahlbo, Anneli Jansson, Sven-Olof Johansson, Joacim Sjöberg and Theodor Jarnhammar – who discussed the issue during the event Stora Kontorsdagen and who see signs of increased activity in the future.

Fabege's CEO now believes that it will be difficult to reach that goal, and despite frustration over protracted discussions in the market, he is confident that the net rental will sort itself out during the second half of the year. Dahlbo: Next indexation will probably be tougher for some tenants
