Sweden — Heba and Åke Sundvall have, through their JV company VBT Utvecklings AB, signed an agreement for the transfer of two properties in Vårberg. The buyer is AB Svenska Bostäder. The deal is carried out as two company deals and the accessions are tentatively September 1, 2024 and June 1, 2025 respectively. The deal is subject to a conditional decision by AB Svenska Bostäder's board, Stockholms Stadshus AB's board and the Stockholm City Council.

Sweden — NCC has been commissioned by Svenska Bostäder to build 172 rental apartments in Tensta.

Sweden — Universum’s annual survey Företagsbarometern has now been made. Swedish university students have been asked about their future dream employers. The results show that Akademiska Hus is the Master of Science Engineering students’ favorite within real estate management while Svenska Bostäder is more popular within the Bachelor of Engineering students.

Sweden — The kick-off for the Albano campus has now taken place. Once completed, Albano will be a scientific hub connecting Stockholm University and KTH with each other and with the city. A unique socio-ecological campus will be created here for 15,000 students and researchers with university facilities, approximately 1,000 student housing units and room for commercial services.
