AP7 increases its stake in Urban Escape

Sweden Sweden — In May 2023, AMF and AP7 agreed to co-own the city district Urban Escape, which includes Gallerian. The deal, which was then classified as the largest real estate deal of the year, was the start of a strategic partnership with the aim of creating even more value for Sweden's pension savers.
