Sweden — NCC has been commissioned by Västfastigheter to rebuild Skaraborg Hospital in Skövde for more suitable, modern premises. The assignment is a partnering arrangement in two phases, of which the total order value is approximately EUR 61M.

Sweden — Västfastigheter has assigned Tyrens to project the work for a construction of 65,000 square meters by Skaraborg’s hospital in Skövde. The work is carried through cooperatively with Semrén och Månsson.

Sweden — Peab has been commissioned by Västfastigheter to rebuild and extend sections of Södra Älvsborg Hospital. In total the contract is worth EUR 106M and the entire project is expected to be completed in 2021.

Sweden — The seven-storey care center will be about 33,000 square meters large and is owned by Västfastigheter.

Sweden — Skanska has signed a contract with Västfastigheter for the second phase of the construction of the new Regionens Hus in Gothenburg, Sweden. The contract is worth about MSEK 580.
