Sweden — Sörred Logistic Park in Hisingen, Gothenburg, continues to grow. Catena and Platzer have signed an agreement with Volvo Cars, with the intention that they will take on 15,000 sqm of space at the Sörred 8:16 property.

Sweden — Volvo Cars has been a tenant in the property Oxen Större 21 in the the Mood block in Stockholm since 2019. Now the agreement is being extended.

Sweden — The new tenant will be occupying more than 7,000 square metres of office space in the new B46 building on the campus.

Sweden — AMF Fastigheter has signed a renewed lease agreement with Volvo Cars, which is expanding its current office space from 2,000 to 7,000 square meters in the Mood District in central Stockholm.
