In the spring of 2022, Volvo Cars expanded the area from 2,000 square meters to 7,000 square meters to establish a global tech hub with space for approximately 700 employees with expertise in software development, data science, online sales and user experience. AFM Fastigheter and Volvo Cars have now signed a renewed lease agreement for 7,000 square meters in the property Oxen Större 21.
