Balder divests site leasehold right in Stockholm to AMF Fastigheter

Sweden — As of 21 November, Fastighets AB Balder has divested the site leasehold right Göta Ark 18 at Medborgarplatsen in Stockholm to AMF Fastigheter. The transaction is based on a site leasehold right value of SEK 1 billion (EUR 86 million) and AMF Fastigheter will take possession in the beginning of January.

AMF Fastigheter CEO on the unexpected divestment: "We don't want to grow too much"

Sweden — The iconic 5th Hötorgshuset, which has been in AMF Fastigheter's ownership for nearly 30 years, is being divested to Wallenstam for SEK 2.8 billion, approximately EUR 0.26 billion. Wallenstam buys scraper from AMF Fastigheter in blockbuster deal

Sweden — Wallenstam has signed an agreement on the acquisition of the scraper next to Sergels Torg square, number 5 of the Hötorget scrapers, and is thereby starting a new venture in the commercial segment in Stockholm's CBD. The transaction price is SEK 2.8 billion (EUR 255 million).
