Sweden — Game Town opens in AMF Fastigheter's Fatburen, Stockholm's first co-working for game developers. Game Town will become a creative, innovative and social meeting place for game developers in Stockholm and contribute to further consolidating Södermalm as a hub for the industry. Game Town will also be a base for the industry organization Dataspelsbranschen (the Computer Games Industry).

Sweden — Söderberg & Partners becomes a new tenant in the Urban Escape neighborhood in Stockholm. They take over the entire Trollhättan 29 property next to Brunkebergs torg, with a total of 11,088 square meters of leased space.

Sweden — Skanska has signed a contract with AMF Fastigheter to construct a new building for commercial and office premises in central Stockholm. The contract is worth about EUR 127M.
