Marievik 28 has a strong environmental profile with the environmental certification BREEAM In-Use, level "Excellent".

The transaction is made at an underlying property value of approximately SEK 1,700 million. The seller is DWS Grundbesitz GmbH on behalf of one of the company's German real estate funds and the acquisition took place on 1 July 2022. With the acquisition, AMF Fastigheter's total holding in Marievik amounts to approximately 120,000 square meters of lettable area.

"Our focus is to contribute to the city's attractiveness and human well-being by developing urban environments with offices, trade, service, culture and education. Marievik 28 is located in an attractive location directly adjacent to our existing property holding in Marievik and complements our portfolio in an excellent way," says Fredrik Ronvall, property investment manager at AMF Fastigheter.
