As the demand for coworking spaces in attractive environments increases, The Park now chooses to establish itself in Marievik.

With the acquisition of the Marievik 28 property earlier this year, AMF Fastigheter's holdings in the area amount to approximately 120,000 square meters of rentable area. Among the tenants in Marievik are H&M, The Absolut Company and Alstom.
