The Park is a coworking actor with a diversity of people and businesses in inspiring and inclusive environments that has become a starting point for many companies. The concept is designed to foster community, development and growth in businesses of all sizes. The Park previously leases five floors of approximately 6,500 square meters in AMF Fastigheter's office cluster Stockholmsverken on Södermalm. As the demand for coworking spaces in attractive environments increases, The Park now chooses to establish itself in Marievik.
"We are incredibly happy to develop our already good collaboration with The Park. Marievik is facing an exciting transformation and The Park is just the right partner to jointly create a modern and dynamic area where innovative companies can develop and grow," says Per Helgesson, market area manager at AMF Fastigheter.
Marievik is part of Liljeholmskajen and a growing area under development. The location by Årstaviken and the proximity to recreation areas and public transport make Marievik one of southern Stockholm's most attractive addresses for work and living. Here, AMF Fastigheter, together with other actors and the city of Stockholm, wants to build a sustainable and contrasting mixed city for tomorrow's living, work and leisure. With the acquisition of the Marievik 28 property earlier this year, AMF Fastigheter's holdings in the area amount to approximately 120,000 square meters of rentable area. Among the tenants in Marievik are H&M, The Absolut Company and Alstom.
"Marievik has a perfect location for our first establishment in the south. In addition to open, lovely spaces and private rooms, we offer a conference and event department of 550 square meters with a view of rooftops and Årstaviken. As early as this autumn, we can welcome new members to our new, personal and creative environment that we create with a strong focus on sustainability and recycling," says Helena Rex, CEO at The Park.
