Sweden — Magnolia Bostad has acquired Täljöviken's conference centre in Österåker municipality and will develop it into a modern attractive F-9 (compulsory) school for about 800 students.

Sweden — Magnolia Bostad is selling 180 rental apartments in the new district of Nya Hovås in Göteborg to Heimstaden Bostad. The project consists of around 11,060 sqm GFA for residential units and around 2,500 sqm GFA for retail units and a garage. The estimated property value upon completion will be around SEK 450 million.

Sweden — Magnolia Bostad and Samhällsbyggnadsbolaget i Norden (SBB) are forming a 50/50 Joint Venture (JV) for the development of investment properties. The JV will acquire four projects consisting of around 2,300 residential units from Magnolia Bostad and one project consisting of around 250 residential units from SBB. Magnolia Bostad is also selling two residential care homes located in Nacka and Östersund to SBB.

Sweden — Magnolia Bostad signed an agreement for the sale to Slättö of around 650 residences in Bro, Upplands-Bro municipality. The value at completion is expected to amount to around EUR 113M.

Sweden — SBB has signed an acquisition deal for nine social properties in Huddinge. The seller is Huddinge’s municipal real estate agency Huge Fastigheter and possession will be taken by SBB on October 2nd.
