SBB Purchases Nine Properties in Huddinge

Sweden — SBB has signed an acquisition deal for nine social properties in Huddinge. The seller is Huddinge’s municipal real estate agency Huge Fastigheter and possession will be taken by SBB on October 2nd.<br />

The properties have a total leasable area of 8,750 sqm and are currently fully leased.

The advisors have been Wistrand Advokatbyrå (legal advisor SBB) and Foyen Advokatfirma (legal advisor Huge Fastigheter). NAI Svefa has been the transaction advisor.
