Sweden — Magnolia Bostad plans to develop about 2,000 residential units, including a nursery school, residential care units, shops, a restaurant and hotel at Vårby Udde, Huddinge's new marine district.

Sweden — Vincero Fastigheter continues to expand in Huddinge through two acquisitions in Storängen. The properties encompass close to 9,000 square meters leasable area in total, split among offices, warehouses and production.

Sweden — SBB has signed an acquisition deal for nine social properties in Huddinge. The seller is Huddinge’s municipal real estate agency Huge Fastigheter and possession will be taken by SBB on October 2nd.

Sweden — NCC has initiated a partnering arrangement with Castellum to build a car showroom of slightly more than 25,000 square meters in Huddinge, south of Stockholm. The project is a turnkey contract and the order value is approximately EUR 29M.
