Vincero Purchases in Huddinge

Sweden — Vincero Fastigheter continues to expand in Huddinge through two acquisitions in Storängen. The properties encompass close to 9,000 square meters leasable area in total, split among offices, warehouses and production.<br />

The sellers are Landera and Alimenta and the underlying property value amounts to a total of EUR 13M.

The properties are located in Storängen’s industry area close to Huddinge city center where Vincero previously owns ten properties. The two new acquisitions house close to 20 tenants.

In conjunction with the acquisition Vincero signs a longer lease with the bakery company Big Bake Nordic of 5,400 square meters, making the properties fully leased.
