Sweden — Ulf Jonsson succeeds Jan Örnevik, who after many years as Chairman of Zengun Group and Zengun, has chosen to wind down his commitments and step down from the Board of Directors.

Sweden — Zengun Group has appointed Oskar Björklund as its new Chief Financial Officer, with responsibility for financial and accounting issues at the Zengun Group. This also brings him into Group management. Oskar will assume the role on 1 January 2023, replacing Stefan Lindh who has previously announced that he will be retiring.

Sweden — Pembroke deepens its collaboration with Zengun and signs a contract for the new construction of Hästen 21. The project comprises a total of approximately 40,000 BTA.

Sweden — Zengun has been contracted to complete some 420 housing units for the housing developer Brabo in partnership with Fabege. The units are part of the first phase of the major urban development project, Haga Norra in Solna, Stockholm.
