Finland — Finnish Property investment company Sponda has sold shopping centre known as Solnechniy II as well as the Bakhrushina House office building in Moscow for the price of € 42 M to Horizon Properties Ltd.

Finland — Sponda Plc has signed a loan agreement for 5 years for €115M with Danske Bank Plc. The arrangement extends the loan original maturity from July 2015 to April 2020. The loan is unsecured. The latest drawdown date of the loan will be in July 2015.

Finland — Sponda has made the decision to develop the Ratina shopping centre in Tampere, Finland. The complex comprises a total of approximately 53,000 square metres of retail and service premises with more than 150 shops.
