Property investment company Sponda Plc's Chief Financial Officer Erik Hjelt has resigned to join another employer. He will leave his position in Sponda Plc at end of May.

The recruitment process for a new CFO will start immediately.

Erik Hjelt has been the Chief Financial Officer of Sponda since 2009 and has been a Member of Executive Board since 2007.
