Duseborg AB has agreed to acquire the property Glaset 2 in a direct deal with Blomsterlandet, the transaction is structured as a sale & leaseback deal by the property owner company.

 

The property is fully leased to Blomsterlandet i Sverige AB on a ten-year lease. The building, which was completed in 2010, meets high energy performance requirements and has recently been equipped with geothermal heating and a photovoltaic system. The premises comprise approximately 1,450 square meters plus a canopy for outdoor sales, the property has a plot of approximately 8,700 square meters with a flexible detailed plan.

 

Glaset 2 is strategically located next to Tornbyleden in Tornby, Linköping's leading commercial and business area, with proximity to the E4, the travel center and the inner city.
