Obos Divests for EUR 22M

Norway Norway An Arctic syndicate has purchased Persveien 26 from Obos for EUR 22M.

This according to Obos Forretningsbygg exchange notice at the beginning of the week. The divestment is completed though Ulven AS, owned to 100 percent by Obos, divesting the property Ulven Eiendomsinvest II AS, a property syndicate established by Arctic Securities.
The property, that will be a new 7,300 square meter warehouse on Ulven, is under development and will be finished in January 2018. The acquisition is expected to happen in mid 2018. Obos has previously signed a lease with Loomis Norge.
