Antilooppi Acquires Helsinki Office Property

Finland Finland Antilooppi has acquired an office property at Elimäenkatu 17–19 from Aberdeen Standard Investments for EUR 15.15 million. The area of the property is approximately 10,000 sqm and it has nearly 300 parking spaces.

“We are happy to have a new property with good number of parking spaces in our property portfolio. We believe that the property’s central location between Kalasatama and Pasila and the development of the Konepaja area will further increase the appeal of properties in the Vallila area in the near future,” says Tuomas Sahi, CEO of Antilooppi.

“This acquisition will further strengthen Antilooppi’s position in the eastern inner city of Helsinki. Following this acquisition, Antilooppi owns 14 properties in the area with a total leasable area of 160,000 sqm. After this acquisition, Antilooppi portfolio consists of 29 properties with total lettable area of 306,000 sqm," says Antti Savilampi, CIO of Antilooppi.

Antilooppi will develop the premises and services of the property in cooperation with the current and new tenants. The premises of the property are flexible and easily convertible to the needs of different types of tenants. The parking spaces will be leased both to the property users as well as for external clients.
