The project encompasses apartments, shops, cafés, restaurants and underground parking. It is designed and projected in cooperation between Carlsberg Byen and a team consisting of Züblin, Schmidt Hammer Lassen Architects, Holscher Nordberg Architects and Cowi. The cooperation has been ongoing since May of 2017.
“At Züblin we believe that early cooperation is the key to success. It has created a positive engagement to jointly develop a project offering value to all parties” says Jens-Henrik Nicolaisen, Chairman of Züblin.
Construction will start this year and is scheduled to be finished in 2021.
