Studentbostäder i Norden AB communicated through a press release on 14 April 2022 the acquisition of the property Englandsvej 51 in Copenhagen with 173 student housing. SBS has agreed not to occupy the property. The 173 student apartments that were to be occupied in December 2023 are not yet completed and SBS has agreed to receive compensation from the sellers to cover transaction costs attributable to the deal and will therefore not take possession of the property upon completion.

With the signing of the agreement, SBS has released the previously agreed guarantees and through the compensation there is no claim for damages from any party.
