Sagax Invests EUR 39M in Bromma

Sweden Sweden Sagax has decided to add approximately 19,000 square meters leasable area consisting of warehouse and business facilities with appurtenant offices and garage to the company’s property Stockholm Gjutmästaren 8, located in Ulvsunda industrial area in Bromma.

The investment is assessed to approximately EUR 39M, assuming that necessary building permits are obtained.
 
The construction is expected to begin during Q3 2018 and last for approximately 2,5 years. The facilities, that are fully leased, are scheduled to be finished during Q4 2020. The investment will contribute to Sagax’s management result and cash flow from the year 2021.
