Atrium Ljungberg in Premiere Purchase in Gothenburg

Sweden — Listed company Atrium Ljungberg has now made their first real estate deal in Gothenburg. It’s regarding three large office properties on Lindholmen. The value in the deal amounts to MSEK 897 and the seller is Älvstranden Utveckling.

The deal is the largest in Gothenburg this year.

The property encompassing approximately 35,000 sqm and containing preferably modern and flexible office spaces with exciting details and unique qualities has been sold for a market value of MSEK 897. The deal is dependant on the approval of Gothenburg’s city council. Entry is preliminarily on the 30th of September 2015.
