Annica Ånäs: "The return to the office supports our business"

Sweden — On Friday, Atrium Ljungberg presented its report for the third quarter. CEO Annica Ånäs describes a tough office market with slowing activity and increasing vacancies in Stockholm. At the same time, she sees good signs of returning to the office when large employers demand 100 percent attendance.

Atrium Ljungberg signs new lease in Stockholm

Sweden — Over the past two years, Flower has expanded from 25 to 120 people, and it will continue to expand. The company is now moving its head office to Atrium Ljungberg’s property Glashuset in Slussen. The lease contract comprises approximately 2,500 sqm, and occupancy will take place in the autumn of 2024.

Atrium Ljungberg signs lease contract with Universal Music Group

Sweden — The market halls of Slakthusområdet are being transformed into offices and premises. At the beginning of 2026, the transformation will be completed and Hus 49 Stora Marknadshallen will become the new home of Universal Music Group. Atrium Ljungberg conducts large letting to Menigo in Slakthusområdet

Sweden — Atrium Ljungberg has signed a lease contract with Menigo in Hus 43 Gamla & Nya Magasinet in Slakthusområdet. The lease covers approximately 3,800 sqm, and the newly built premises will house not only the new head office but also Restaurangakademien (the Restaurant Academy). Occupancy will take place in 2027 after the new building is completed.

Alecta Fastigheter buys two properties from Atrium Ljungberg

Sweden — The property company Atrium Ljungberg signed an agreement today for the sale of the properties Sundbyberg Eken 6 and Sundbyberg Eken 14, Marabou’s former chocolate factory and head office. The purchase price is based on an underlying property value of SEK 2,114 million (EUR 188 million) and comprises approximately SEK 36,400 sqm of letting area. The purchaser is Alecta Fastigheter.

Anna Jepson appointed as the new CFO of Atrium Ljungberg

Sweden — Anna Jepson will assume the role of new CFO on December 1 2024. She joins the company from Besqab where she has been CFO.

Atrium Ljungberg rents out 10,000 sqm in Hagastaden

Sweden — Atrium Ljungberg has signed a lease contract with the Swedish Economic Crime Authority, which is moving to PV-palatset in Hagastaden. The contract covers a total of 10,000 sqm. The once-industrial PV-palatset is currently undergoing extensive renovation, and the authority is planning to move in at the end of 2025.

Atrium Ljungberg signs large lease in central Stockholm

Sweden — Atrium Ljungberg has signed an agreement with Svenska spel regarding a move of the office to the iconic Glashuset in Slussen. The lease covers roughly 2,500 square meters and Svenska spel will move in during the first half of 2025.
