Sweden Sweden — Atrium Ljungberg has signed a lease contract with Menigo in Hus 43 Gamla & Nya Magasinet in Slakthusområdet. The lease covers approximately 3,800 sqm, and the newly built premises will house not only the new head office but also Restaurangakademien (the Restaurant Academy). Occupancy will take place in 2027 after the new building is completed.

Alecta Fastigheter buys two properties from Atrium Ljungberg

Sweden Sweden — The property company Atrium Ljungberg signed an agreement today for the sale of the properties Sundbyberg Eken 6 and Sundbyberg Eken 14, Marabou’s former chocolate factory and head office. The purchase price is based on an underlying property value of SEK 2,114 million (EUR 188 million) and comprises approximately SEK 36,400 sqm of letting area. The purchaser is Alecta Fastigheter.

Sweden Sweden — Atrium Ljungberg has signed a lease contract with the Swedish Economic Crime Authority, which is moving to PV-palatset in Hagastaden. The contract covers a total of 10,000 sqm. The once-industrial PV-palatset is currently undergoing extensive renovation, and the authority is planning to move in at the end of 2025.
