Pricer was founded in Sweden in 1991 and is today one of the world's leading suppliers of solutions for automation and communication in stores based on digital labels. The company has more than 30 years of experience in retail digitization and is currently represented in over 70 countries. In July, the Swedish head office will be moved to Hagastaden.

During 2023, several new leases were signed in the Mineral Water Factory. Among these are housing developer Nordr, Zmarta Group, Granit and MTR Nordic. In the neighborhood there are also several galleries, hotels and restaurants and rooftop bars.
